HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After placing an order you will receive shipping information, this includes a tracking number for you to monitor the status of your delivery.
You can also track your order by clicking the message icon on the bottom-right of the screen on venum.com (a window will pop-up with an option to track your order status).
If you purchased the Route Package Protection, please allow 7 days before filing a claim for non-receipt of your order if your order tracking shows it is being delivered at https://claims.route.com/.
For Canada/Mexico orders: If you have not received your order within 20 days, please file a claim at https://claims.route.com/.
You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to file a claim.
